We will go through your ideas and work with you on what you have in mind, and make it unique and special.

If you are in Toronto we invite you to schedule an appointment with Haleh in person and go over what you have in your mind.

Not able to meet in person? We would love to work with you through email or a phone call.

After our first complimentary consultation, you'll receive a design package that includes hand drawn or computer renderings, details of the design, and a quote. 

 

This step can take 2 to 3 weeks to select the design that you love, get the right stones and finalize the design.

 

Then, we will kindly ask for 50% deposit to start the production. 

 

Please note there will be no refund for the amount paid toward custom pieces.

Once the deposit is received, the production begins! Your design will be cast in metal, finished and then your gemstones (if using) will be set.

 

It usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks for the project to be completed from the time the model has been approved. Depending on the complexity of the project, it may take less or more time.

 

We will send you progress update at each step, and you will be part of our journey from the beginning to the end!

Your piece is ready! The outstanding balance is required at the time of the pick up or due before shipping!
